Frequently asked questions
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app go to Account → Delete account. Your profile, diary, water and weight entries, and published recipes are permanently removed. This cannot be undone.
I cannot sign in with Google or Apple
Check your connection and device time first. If it persists, email us with the provider and the exact error message.
Voice or photo logging does not work
Check microphone, camera and photo permissions in Settings → Lokmatik. Toggling them off and on again usually fixes it.
